Your fitness programme will be delivered in my custom app, videos, exercise demonstrations included. We can voice note and message each other and you can keep track of your fitness, nutrition and body composition metrics.

What is the investment?

Empowered is £219 for 6 weeks and then £129 monthly to stay on as part of the Empowered monthly membership.

Do I need a gym membership?

Nope! I will custom plan your programme to whatever equipment you have available - even if that is none!

My life is busy! What if I have a holiday or an event?

Even better! Empowered is about making choices the suit you! I want you to be able to live whilst on the programme. There is no perfect time - let's get you started!

I've tried fitness plans and diets, they have never worked for good, why will Empowered?

I am 100% committed to you succeeding.

I have a LOT of experience and I am very conscious of developing a lifestyle that is sustainable for you.

It is based off evidenced based coaching - it is very focused on behaviour change.

You will be prepping your mind before you start.

The messy middle - imperfect action - messy action if you will. Get it done!

Do I need to track calories? Will there be a meal plan?

Calorie tracking depends on you! We will consider which options are best for you, so you might but also it is not compulsory. I do not prescribe meal plans but we do discuss meal options and setting up good meal plan options for you in the Empowered programme.

If you decide to commit. For 6 weeks. It will work.
